Apply for HR Manager of the Year
This award recognise the HR Manager who has made a substantial contribution to the success of their team and the organisation as whole over the past 12 months.
The individual can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so.
In your 5 A4 page submission, please provide the following:
- A summary that describes career to date, age and qualifications.
- Evidence of their contribution to the success of the HR team's performance over the past 12 months
- Evidence of their contribution to the success of the organisation as whole over the past 12 months
- Highlight a recent project or initiative from the last 12 months and quantify its success and how it has helped to improve the business
- Details of how they have inspired and developed others
- Details of how they have engaged with the wider business and used innovative ways to share knowledge, communicate and promote ideas
- Include any other statements or facts that support the entry, including a supporting letter from the nominee’s head of department or supervisor.
